issue -->Issue->Issue->I am, not able to login

I registered few weeks back. Today when tried, I could not and the error message shows invalid email id or password. I opted to reset the pass word. I got the e-mail with the links and temp password. However I could not login with new password or with the reset password.

My login e-mail id is lakkaraju.shankar@gmail.com. Please do needful. Why the process was made so tedious.

( Intraday Analysis is on Real Time Data (Updated every 5 Mins). All Other analysis is based on End of Trade day's Value. Expected time of update is between 5 to 5.30 PM exchange time Zone)
