Info shared here is not enough to simulate your scenario. One of the reason could be that you 1 You are trying to create an alert from custom Screener . 2 You are using an option of ' From Saved Screener' 3 But you do not have any saved screener. if this is the case then , message is mentioned in there itself 'Currently You do not have any Saved Setting. Exit this by Clicking Cancel Button and Use Save/Update Button in to Create one' I guess it needs to be more prominent. We will make it red by end of the day.
