Few reasons to say so: 1: Though the market is on its high this particular stock is not performing so well, From early 2012 it is going down and still near it low end. 2: wait for the technical indicators if they are positive then you can enter in the stock. 3: If you are new to the market i will suggest to enter in good blue chip stock industries, of course based on some study.
