Grading on the basis of Strength
Is it possible to grade all the stocks bullish and bearish on the strength of their bullishness or bearishness. Eg. grade 'A' for very strongly bullish, 'B' for fairly bullish and 'C' for medium bullish, similarly for bearishness. See if it is possible else ok.
