How to scan for false breakouts on daily charts

can you please let me know the way to scan false breakouts on daily chart.
If you don't have any scanner like this than kindly let me know the way to use multiple present scanners to reach desired results.
2. Iam unable to see interactive chart on Chrome browser of android.
3. Do you have any android app?
I will be glad to receive any kind of response in this regard.
