Posted by Guest Posted on : 07-Aug-2018	The results are due on 10/08 and looking at the government support, and RBI efforts, the NPA level is under control. The recoveries made against NPAs are vigrous and will result in reversal of the provisions made in last two quarters. Fresh big loans have been disbursed to NHAI paving path to higher income of interest. The head of other income , like charges etc also adds to the net profits.SBI has increased the rate of interests on FDs which indicates that the profits are adequate to bear the effective interest payment burden. Hence, the overall expectation seems good. The market sentiments also were posetive as seen on 6th Aug. Stock price should move up considerably.

However it being good stock, it is expected to give good returns in long terms. I were you I would buy 20% now, 20% more at 220, 20% at 200 and balance 20% at 180 and balance 20% at 160. It may happen that you may get part of you investment but what ever you are able to get , you may get good returns in long term. stockpick

Close below 267.75 tomorrow leaves it in neutral territory. It is poised for a good rally. Lets hope it does not disappoint.

However, keeping in mind the split factor (it had a split of 1:10 on 21/11/14), it has always been observed with frontline stocks, that they move usually upwards after a split. On the basis of weekly chart of the split stock, it seems to be easily moving to 325 in a very short term. I am expecting a clean move to 312 within this month. And 325 - 330 within December. Stop loss should be put at 296 which is just below its 5 day MA on closing basis. Good luck! :)

My reaction would be same as your at first glance But There was a strong reason to put a Image vs dynamic chart as more an more users are moving to mobile devices and unfortunately they can't run these kind of dynamic charts. To make their experience better we have ADDED image charts and RETAINED dynamic candles charts for desktop users. What we can do in next few days is to make interactive charts available right next to it so that you don't navigate to new page. Hope that will make both mobile and desktop world happy.
