Options Scanner to check for which strike has O=L or O=H
Scanner to check for index/stock options strikes (call and put) that have either O=L or O=H. For example, On Jan 29, 2021 - Tata Steel 600 PE has O= L:
C- 30.45 O-16.40 H-34.15 L-16.40
