Difference in technical indicator

I have gone through your product and much interested as it can give me very desired view which I didn't find anywhere else.
But I have an issue. When I compare your EOD chart with Sharekhan App, I found that EOD data are matching but technical indicator value not matching like RSI 14 value in your chart lower than Sharekhan chart. I would like to know why it is happening? Also let me know what kind of parameter you are using with RSI 14, like it's Simple or Exponential or anything else.
I am planning for subscription.
