Extended Plan Validity

I have taken the Trader Pro plan for 12 months on 4th May 2023. During the transaction I had interacted with Mr.Keldeep Singh who had assured me that if I opt for the 12 month plan I would be given and extended plan validity for 3 months - which would be activate once I have made the payment. Its been five days now - I haven't seen any extension of my plan validity.
Would request you to immediately implement the same as promised by your team member.
