Two Month Extension
Hi,
On the day of subscription I was informed that, I will be getting two month of Extra subscription which was suppose to done within 24hrs of subscription. However this has not been done yet. Whenever I call, you guys promised about doing by EOD. Already it has been 13th days today and promise has not been fulfilled.
I had taken this subscription only because of the promise of 2 extra month benefit. So can you extend the validity of my account by two month as soon as possible?
