Step by Step
1. Suggest you to go through My TSR Overview. Link is at bottom of all pages with youtube icon It should resolved most of your queries.
2. There is auto-refresh Feature . If enabled , auto refresh will happen during market Hours. (At least go through first video of the list)
3. For screeners --- Login to my.topStockresearch.com , select Screeners from menu --> Select screener of your choice. You will get better Options and user experience compared to public view.
