Not upgraded my plan
I have upgraded the TRADER EOD plan to TRADER plan today (14-Oct-21) of 1-year subscription with making payment of Rs.1, 997/-. But my plan is not upgraded and the end date is showing up to Apr-2022 as per my previous subscription. Also not available 5,10,15,1 hour Tick as per the Trader plan. Looks like not upgraded my plan.
Kindly check and let me know immediately and I have raised the same issue through your website, but you guys are not responding non off them as per the customer feedback on the website.
