We have relaxed those monitoring rules for your account it will take affect late in night today. In next few hours you should be able to access them as the way you did before. Would appreciate if you could update us here or at contact us if you still have any issues. We will take prompt action for sure. Also as an advise, please don't share your number here as it may lead to unnecessary spam. I am masking your number. We already have your contact details. Every 5 Mins a new screener request is made. Its counted as a a request made. If that's not the case then we will connect with you to to resolve/explain the behavior.
