Sorting Stocks based on returns for a specific time period
Can we have a feature wherein we can sort stocks based on CAGR for selected period
e.g. filter stocks with 20% appreciation in last 3 months,
Stocks with CAGR of 20% or more for last 3 years, 5 years, etc.

Did you tried. Go to Custom Screener ---> Strength --> Stock returns ? you can specify period from 1 W to 10 Yrs
